This hotel is great. It’s very well looked after. Rooms are modern, very clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning.
Parking on hotel car park also.
We used this hotel after a Visa Run from Ranong. As we were travelling from Ranong to Koh Samui, we spent a night in Papangkorn house and it was great, I will stay again.

Good hotel. Clean, cozy, convenient, located in the city center. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Free tea, coffee, bananas in the morning.

Perfecte locatie om door te reizen en toch wat van suratani te zien. Keurig schoon hotel, heerlijke bedden, goede douche en lekker balkon. De bus naar kao sok op loopafstand (zelfs met koffers). Busstation: vanuit hotel rechtsaf, bij de hoofdstraat linksaf en dan ca 500 meter linksaf bij een groot bord transport downtown Kasset2. Daar komen en gaan de bussen naar Kao Sok. Bij terugkomst uit Kao Sok weer verbleven in dit hotel. Absolute aanrader is de nightmarket. Echt waanzinnig leuk om te zien en voor weinig heerlijk eten, de echte pad thai 50 bath. Hotel is heerlijk rustig en heeft gratis ontbijtje, simpel maar lekker (toast, bananen, jam, thee koffie en choco) kortom een dikke aanrader dit hotel!

J'ai reserver une nuit à surat thani afin de se poser avant se prendre le bateau lhotel et très bien placer à côté du night market l'accueil et top le petit n'étais pas compris à notre grande surprise le matin lait café thé tartine et banane à disposition c'est super chambre propre et efficace et le prix imbattable 26 e 2 chambres pour 5 personne au total à disposition dans la chambre serviette nécessaire de toilette netflix et étendoir sur le balcon hésitez pas à vius arrêté une nuit.avant le départ pour les îles.

This is the terrible experience I have ever gotten in my life. Real terrible trip.I have been the returning of this hotel for years. This year, I rent the room here around 2 months and 2 weeks because of long vacation. I thought they changed hotel management, staffs, product quality, standard of service. During staying there, on April in my room there were the foot print on the floor a lot. Someone entered my room behind my back. In that time I didn't report to police station. Due to long term of relationship. And the check out date on yesterday, they sent me the pictures and also VDO Clip to show me that I should pay for the floor cleaning if it cannot remove. It is the big spot of coffee on the floor and left for extremely long till dry. My question 1. Hotel including cleaning services. It is meant you have never clean the room for me properly for long time. This picture is the best evidence of your careless. You let's your customers stayed with the dirty things and terrible smell for long time. 2. This spot is under the big bed. I don't think I have enough ability to move the big bed or enjoy drinking coffee under the bed. 3. Hotel know my conditions very well. I am heart failure attack patient. I can't drink any caffeine at all. 4. At the room checking time on check out minute, why don't you block me and show me about this dirty spot in front of my eyes? Normally, hotel nature, if you didn't get the money from your customers yet for any damages things in the room, impossible to release the customer. 5. The picture can make. Because I cleaned this room by myself before leaving. No dirty spot on the floor. If hotel sure that there is the big spot in the room, and I have to pay the penerty. Hotel should inform me direct and take me to the room. Unfortunately, the feedback from the hotel after I asked them these questions, they keep silent like blocked me completely. And they said they don't want to welcome me and my daughter anymore. Me too...by my honest, the unsucrity place like this. When you have any problems with your customers, at least you should reply the question from your customers with fact and sincerity.

I arrived in the morning and my room was not ready yet. Totally understandable given check in is from 2pm. Reception was happy to take care of my suitcase while I ran an errand returning one hour later and luckily my room was ready. My delux double room was of average size and everything worked fine. Forget about trying to find trivial faults. You are getting a clean room with aircon, TV and hot water shower for an excellent price. It is only a short walk to the main road where tuk tuks wait as well as Talad Kasert 2 bus station. Ticked all my boxes for a stopover.
