There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

The facilities are average. On the second day of stay, only new blankets were put in and the sheets were not made!

There were no amenities, and the train at the nearest station stopped working due to a strike, so it was a pretty remote place. Even though I had to clean the room for 5 days, the towels were not changed or cleaned even once, and the soap at the water area was not replaced.It was terrible.

People here are friendly and everything is fine

The room had a terrible smell, it was coming from the bathroom and smelt of cigarettes, it filled the whole room with this smell and even an open window did not help. Would not recommend at all and the soap dispenser in the room was also empty, the shower dispenser was diluted and was essentially putting out soapy water.

The only good thing about this hotel was the close proximity to Chessington where we were heading the next day. Otherwise, our stay was a total disaster. Don't waste your time and money ordering food in the 'cafe'. They have 1 person serving on the bar & making the food. It took nearly 1h30 for our meals to come out, most were either under or overcooked and were sent back for a refund. Breakfast is a disaster, there is 1 member of staff making food, ashing up & clearing table and its just not enough. Most of the time there was no hot food, milk or bread available and when it was there were no plates or cutlery to eat with. The room was basic as expected, but we had no hot water in the morning so we couldn't shower. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Not hot water children were uncomfortable and did not sleep because of it in the end. Manager said a refund would be issued by completing complaints form which I have

The hotel was okay a little below below average. Was unable to get hold of any customer service staff. It was not for me it was for a family member in need. Breakfast time was not told. So that was messed out on. It’s an okay place if you want to put your head down for the night.

Need more cleaning and helping customer and give nice service still need to be a better I will try again

We only stay here because it is close to our family. We appreciate the convenience of a bed for the night but go elsewhere for meals.
