I’ve probably used this hotel 30 times in the past 3 years for business and pleasure. Always clean and great staff. Perfect location in Surprise with safest neighborhood and most budget friendly price. Last visit Wife was happy they had hair net.

Tried to call the hotel multiple times and no one ever answered the phone.
When I arrived to check in, the front desk attendant left to deliver towels to a room. She was gone for about 10 minutes. When I came back she had placed her cigarettes and lighter on the counter.
When I left later in the afternoon to get food. The same front desk attendant that checked me in was on a personal phone call. The hotel phone was ringing for a while. I stopped to stare at the Front desk clerk, she saw me staring hung up her personal call and answer to the hotel phone.
The level of service and cleanliness of the room was not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay, pleasant staff, comfortable, safe area and close to shopping area. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome breakfast. Room was very spacious and had a sofa sitting area. Love BW
