Never made it. The hotel refused to refund my money even though I requested a cancellation 72 hours prior per hotel policy.
So my rating is based on my experience dealing with both Hotel Bellevedere and Trip.
Just awful and unaccommodating!
Pass Go…don’t stop.

Every year, I spend the New Year's holidays here, and every time I come, something new is added, so I never get bored and I enjoy my stay. Meanwhile, this year, they removed the tennis court and started a strawberry farm, and they started picking strawberries from mid-December. I participated in the strawberry picking first thing in the morning, and I was so satisfied that I can say that it was the most delicious and sweet strawberry I have ever had, and I was full. It took 40 minutes, and you could eat as much as you wanted anywhere in the big house, and you could eat as many as four kinds of strawberries as you wanted, so I was already full. In addition, this year, a new heated pool and sauna have been opened, so you can enjoy it in the winter, and the starry sky is also the best, so you can enjoy your stay all year round, not just in the summer. Of course, we have a dog, so there are various facilities available for that part, so we can travel with him with peace of mind. If I can get a reservation next year, it's a place I'd definitely like to stay!

This is my fourth stay. This is the first time I've stayed in a room that allows dogs. It has an open-air bath in the room. We enjoyed the pool and had a barbecue outside. In the morning, we had a table outside that allows dogs. The barbecue is just for the atmosphere, so don't expect it to taste good. If you're particular about food, the right answer is to eat at a restaurant called "Hana Kairou". My children are now in junior high school, so the way I enjoy things has changed a little. (It's not the hotel's fault.) Children under elementary school age can have a lot of fun. As they get older, the fun level decreases. A must-visit for families with small children! There are a lot of centipedes and bugs in the open-air bath in the room. It can't be helped, since humans built the building where there were originally bugs.
