We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. We got upgraded to the most amazing room. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was close to a subway and a lot of restaurants down the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!

The Shangri-La is an excellently located hotel in Suzhou, a close walk to the Times Square area, which is full of restaurants, sightseeing, the subway and other amenities. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with friendly, English speaking staff. The hotel has nice views from the upper floors and overall is really good value for money. Access to the gym and swimming pool are also a solid bonus.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

It’s very close to the subway line 1. Because it’s a pedestrian street, it’s also very quiet and the price is relatively good. . There are also many disadvantages. Because it is a pedestrian street, the car cannot drive to the hotel entrance. If you have a lot of luggage, you should be careful. The hotel has 2 floors but there is no elevator, so try to choose a room on the first floor. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but I don’t care. But the bathroom floor drain in the room I live in has a strong aftertaste, but there is only one big bed room left on the first floor, so I won't change it. What's more, I took away the toothbrush I brought with me during cleaning. I called the front desk, but I didn't say a word of apology. I just said ”Got it.” Everyone understands

This was a great hotel. I needed it for one night for an event around the corner. There is a Western restaurant nearby and some shops. It was clean and convenient to a metro stop. I’ve already booked it again for another event in Suzhou.

這個公寓式酒店我願稱之為保養酒店了，房間見圖很温馨、乾淨，房間很大，一般酒店在這個價位達不到這個面積。前一天停車的噩夢，讓我在這裏得到了緩解，停車場很大車位很空很好停車，夜間22:00-早上7:00還是免費。地理位置優越，去奧體看演唱會或者去博覽中心參加會展活動都很方便。是那種哪怕不是因為演唱會都想來住的~設備齊全到不是普通酒店會提供的，感覺就是一個家，能做飯洗衣還帶烘乾，真的是太絕了！

The apartment-style homestay has a very good location. It is only 900 meters away from the subway station and only three to five minutes to the shopping mall.
