The quality was amazing for such an affordable price! Service, amenities and cleanliness were very good. I also enjoyed the laundry service and delicious breakfast options. Also this hotel located in Gusu district but there are amazing restaurants and sightseeing places nearby. It’s also 15 minutes away from SIP and Dushu area. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Suzhou 😊.

It is a new hotel completed this year, close to the metro station, with laundry room, gym. Although the room is not too big, the advantage is clean, the towels and mattress are clean and comfortable, and I slept well. The front desk lady also arranged a window overlooking the river. Because it happened to be a Saturday, the surrounding hotels were more expensive, and this one was reasonably priced, so I moved over for a night. Can stay again next time.

Positive: Good and helpful service, although they don't speak English, we communicated with a cell phone translator and it wasn't a problem, good breakfast, everything was very clean and it's close to a mall and Pingjiang Road. Negative: Taxis can't stop in front of the hotel, but you have to go to a corner that's about 15 meters away.

There are many buses in front of the hotel, and there are direct buses to Mudu Ancient Town. I like this hotel very much

If you are a tour group, then I have nothing to say. If you are traveling by yourself, I don't recommend coming here. First of all, the room is quite small. The room and facilities near the West Lake in Hangzhou at the same price the day before were obviously much better. The room (especially the bathroom) still smells. Secondly, what I am not satisfied with is that when I checked in, I had already consulted that if I wanted to extend my stay in the original room, I could do it before 13:00 the next day. As a result, I went to the front desk to extend my stay at more than 8 o'clock the next day, and they said that I couldn't extend my stay in the original room and needed to change rooms. The reason given was that they had to pick up a tour group in the afternoon, and then we went to argue. The result after the argument was that we were allowed to extend our stay in the original room, which was 50 yuan more expensive than the first day. I don't mind the price adjustment, but you can't mess with us like this. To be honest, the cleaning lady on the second day was really good, and the staff were also very nice wherever I met, but this matter was quite annoying.
