I focus my feedback on hygiene. The bathroom was smelling urine everywhere. Service was average because you cannot have your own code to open the door. Every time you want to enter you must send a message! Location space and view excellent.

The owner was very accommodating and tended to my needs. The room was clean and very tidy. The shower was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for me, very close to the water front. Grocery store below was convenient.

Great service and got a free upgrade. The location is very central near Times Square.

Experience was good, building is nice and location is good. Level of cleanliness was not the best the bathroom had a urine smell next to the toilet which indicates poor cleaning service. You need to use a one-time password to enter the room and after that u can set your password. But because they can’t register passports, I had to keep asking them for a password every time i go out of the room
