I like this hotel very much. The location is very convenient, it is quite and clean. And the reception staff is very friendly.

Great hotel, good location, would stay again and recommend to others. Next time would request a better room. Bed hard, couch not comfortable and fridge not working. Reported this but wasn't rectified despite being checked. Otherwise all good, thankyou.

The room size is huge. Cloths are very comfortable & cleanliness. Big window open to sky. Location is good. I enjoyed the time very much.

Lots of mosquitoes: After checking in, there was a group of mosquitoes in the room. I fought with the mosquitoes all night and killed 5 of them. Finally, I was so exhausted that I fell asleep at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night under the siege of mosquitoes. I had a very poor rest. Poor hygiene: I saw a cockroach about 5cm long in the hotel, which was very disgusting. However, I only discovered it when I was fighting mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and I didn't ask to change rooms. There is no feeling in other aspects. All in all, I spent a bad night in an ordinary express hotel with lots of mosquitoes and poor hygiene. I was very tired.

The room is very spacious and the smart design is very good. The electric curtains and lights can be voice controlled by Xiaodu. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very nice. There are also drinks and snacks while waiting for the ticket. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Suzhou😀
