The worst part is the front desk. I gave the front desk 0.5 points for service. It felt like it was hard to say more than one word. As a front desk of this kind of hotel, it is the worst among the same level or even sub-level hotels I have stayed in. At first, I thought it was exaggerated when I saw the reviews, but I realized it was not exaggerated at all when I went there. I would like to praise the room cleaning aunt and the breakfast buffet restaurant staff. They are very enthusiastic, especially patient and careful to our family with children. 天氣很冷，臨時起意週五晚上兒子補完課就開車來泡泡温泉🫧辦理完入住到房間發現空調燈都已經開好了，非常貼心。衞生間的裝修挺新的，而且非常乾淨。院子裏的按摩大浴缸泡起來也很舒服。送的下午茶由於是晚上到的第二天還給打包帶走，服務也很好。這個冬天應該會多來幾次了。
