The location is great. The room inside was awesome but the downside was that the room we had was right next to the reception and you can here everything: people talking, the reception staff talking, people playing piano very early, the sound proofing is not great. No western menu but they still had a breakfast spread which was good.

Good hotel but they should mention B1 rooms are with no real window

Location is perfect, in the ceneter of city close to the river and beautiful area. Many luxery houses and school next to the hotel. I also liked a service, hotel workers were kind. What i didn't like: Breakfast is not super. I didn't like a room, it was dirty when we arrived, a smell of cigarettes, cigarette ash in the bathroom. You can hear everything that happens in the next room, literally holding a candle all night for one couple.

This is a very nice hotels with great service from the staff. I would recommend it if you are looking for an overnight stay or longer.

The accommodation experience can only be expressed with twists and turns and hehe. On the second day of the May Day holiday, I took the train and then the subway with my children to rush there. The hotel is a three-story building. The front desk clerk said that the room type we booked is on the basement floor. I don’t know, sister Li, even though it is a short holiday, the price of more than 800 yuan allows us to live on the basement floor? This is Shimao Shenkeng Hotel? What’s more, I have a child with me. After negotiation, I agreed to help move to the second floor. I took the child upstairs after getting the room card. The first time the room card could not open the door, I had to take the room card to the front desk to deal with it. The second time I took the processed room card, it still couldn’t open the door. The cleaning aunt saw that the child was very tired and wanted to help swipe it with her room card, but it still couldn’t be swiped. Then I had to take the child to the front desk for the third time to deal with it. Finally, their sales manager brought the battery to replace the battery of the room door lock and fixed it. Well, I can enter the door, which is not easy. As soon as I entered, I was shocked by the room type. It was not a square room type, but a right-angle trapezoid. The wall with the window was much shorter. The sales manager asked if I wanted to move to the underground floor. The room also had windows, and the lighting was not very good, but the room type was square. I thought about it and decided to choose the second floor. After putting away the bag, I found that this room actually had a small door leading to the balcony, frosted glass, but no curtains. I felt so disgusted, but the children were tired and hungry, and I didn’t want to change it again, so I had to stay. Well, I want to complain about this small door, because there were no curtains. I woke up at more than five o'clock the next morning, and the room was bright, making people feel that it was nine o'clock. 3. It’s time to complain about breakfast. When booking, there are breakfast and no breakfast. When I went to have breakfast, no one checked the room card. Why did I book a breakfast that cost dozens of yuan more? Then there are fewer breakfast varieties than those of express hotels. This is a terrible travel accommodation experience.

The sanitation is OK, no obvious shortcomings. The parking lot is conveniently located downstairs in the lobby. The room layout is good. The facilities are intelligent, and there is no missing face towel. The waiter is generally enthusiastic and satisfactory.

The quilt is soft and very comfortable to sleep. The subway entrance is 300 meters away from the door. It is very convenient. It is also very close to Jinji Lake. You can go for a stroll after dinner in the evening and enjoy the evening breeze. I will stay here next time. The girl Panpan at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful.
