it was a great location and good experience in the hotel, just a little problem with a pipe smell coming from the bathroom, other than that it was a great choice

Super spacious and clean room with a superb lake view and clean toilet with a bathtub. Amazing staff and hotel located 30 mins away from most attractions. There's a mall with cinema within 10mins walk. Overall, this is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The transportation options around the hotel are exceptionally convenient, facilitating easy access to various destinations. Additionally, the proximity of Yinshan Lake enhances the scenic allure of the area, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst natural beauty. I must commend the duty manager, Lorraine, whose unwavering enthusiasm and dedication significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Great location, close to the Yinshan Lake and a shopping mall. Room is spacious and the service is spot on.

We had a nice view of the lake and there's a mall walking distance from Hilton. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk was so helpful especially on using Meituan to order food from Pizza Hut.

The hotel itself was very nice! Especially the evening buffet was very tasty. The floor in our room was quite dirty. Unfortunately almost nobody from the staff could speak English. In general we definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay here thanks to the staff, especially Freda! Freda helped our family feel at home during our brief visit. The room was lovely and the buffet was delicious. We hope the pool is open next time we go back. Overall the hotel gets a 9/10 but Freda gets 11/10！

The hotel is close to Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and it is convenient to do business nearby. The layout and hygiene of the hotel are also OK. The happy hour in the executive lounge is only from 6:00 to 8:00, which is a bit short. The front desk manager Xiao Deng actively helped to solve the problem, and the brother in the concierge department was also very enthusiastic to help move the luggage to the room. Overall, the stay was OK

Went to the Bense Art Museum to see an exhibition and visit the market... This hotel is only 10 minutes away by car... The price/performance ratio is good... There are enough rooms on weekdays, so we upgraded to a lake view room~ Great We ate crab roe noodles and pine nut mandarin fish at the hotel that night... **You can also buy vouchers to use... It saves the trouble of going out for dinner The hotel has a swimming pool... My friends who traveled with me said that they missed out by not bringing swimsuits... The underground parking lot also has charging stations~~ Very friendly to trams

It was my first time staying at this Hilton Hotel. Overall, I had a good experience. Darcy, the front desk clerk, checked me in. The service was quite good. I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Relatively speaking, the variety of dishes was quite rich. The most distinctive one was the Suzhou noodles, which had multiple toppings to choose from. It was very delicious.

Needless to say, the room is very spacious. The most touching thing is that I forgot to bring my mobile phone charging cable when I was on a business trip. My mobile phone was turned off and I called the front desk to tell me that all the data cables had been used by guests. Unexpectedly, Xiao Tao at the front desk borrowed a power bank and sent it to my room for me. I’m so touched, give it a thumbs up. I will stay here again next time I come to Suzhou.
