Outstanding

Super spacious and clean room with a superb lake view and clean toilet with a bathtub. Amazing staff and hotel located 30 mins away from most attractions. There's a mall with cinema within 10mins walk. Overall, this is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The transportation options around the hotel are exceptionally convenient, facilitating easy access to various destinations. Additionally, the proximity of Yinshan Lake enhances the scenic allure of the area, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst natural beauty. I must commend the duty manager, Lorraine, whose unwavering enthusiasm and dedication significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Her attentiveness and professionalism are truly commendable, adding an extra layer of warmth to the hospitality provided at the hotel

Great location, close to the Yinshan Lake and a shopping mall. Room is spacious and the service is spot on.

We had a nice view of the lake and there's a mall walking distance from Hilton. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk was so helpful especially on using Meituan to order food from Pizza Hut.

The hotel itself was very nice! Especially the evening buffet was very tasty. The floor in our room was quite dirty. Unfortunately almost nobody from the staff could speak English. In general we definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay here thanks to the staff, especially Freda! Freda helped our family feel at home during our brief visit. The room was lovely and the buffet was delicious. We hope the pool is open next time we go back. Overall the hotel gets a 9/10 but Freda gets 11/10！

I came from Shanghai to watch a performance at the Suzhou Yinshan Lake Grand Theater. I chose the Sunshine City Hilton Hotel, which is not far from the theater. The overall service and experience are very good. Whether it is a domestic or overseas Hilton, they maintain the same standard, which is very pleasant. Super satisfied. When checking out, Mr. Wang Wei, the concierge supervisor, specially greeted me and handed over his business card. I once again felt Hilton's professional service. I will choose to stay at Sunshine City Hilton again when I come to Suzhou in the future. This time we booked a deluxe lake view suite. The room was spacious, the lake view was beautiful, and the night view was amazing. We were also allowed to delay our check-out time. I really enjoyed our stay.

Traveling with my daughter, the hotel waiters are warm and thoughtful, and upgraded to a lake view room. The location is excellent, and the nearby Golin Park business district is very good. The room is big enough, and the lake view is calm. The hotel breakfast is very good👍

The kids were on holiday and randomly chose this hotel. The surrounding environment is also great. The room has a wide view. There is a 6-kilometer trail by the lake, which is very suitable for walking the kids. Unfortunately, it rained for two days. I will find another opportunity to come next time. I would like to praise Liang Zichen and You Ke. The service is very good and makes people feel at home.

The front desk and concierge service are very good, especially Sawyer and Melody at the front desk. I am very satisfied with the room I was assigned. The problem with the room (the first room had no curtains) was solved in a timely manner and handled the problem very professionally. The new room has a slide, which the children like very much. It is also very convenient that the takeaway can be delivered to the room by a robot. It will be my first choice when I come to Suzhou in the future.
