I was going to Xiyuan Temple the next day. I looked up this hotel online and placed an order. The transportation is very convenient. When I checked in, the two employees at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the service was very easy. They even gave me tickets to Xiyuan Temple. We really think about what the guests want. The rooms are very large and the floors are newly replaced. Although it is not a new hotel, the maintenance is quite good. Every corner is also very clean. It has an antique charm. It is worth visiting next time. Recommend friends to stay here

The room is good and hygienic. There is a washing machine and dryer on the third floor. There is an observation deck on the fifth floor. The opposite is the Shantang Street Scenic Area. There are many delicious shops nearby.

It was a great experience to travel to Suzhou for three days. I think the hotel I chose was very good. First, it is very close to scenic spots such as Shantang Street. Second, the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station and many bus stops right outside the door. Third, the experience is very good. It is very quiet at night and the indoor facilities are very good.

Great location, great hotel and pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and well layed out. Location is on a pedestrianised road, so be aware that the roads nearby for taxi etc may be busy. Few minutes walk from line 2, very convenient. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Will recommend if your looking for hotel in this area of Suzhou.

+ Location is pretty good if you want to be in the city. It’s not far from the train station and many attractions/tourist spots. Room was pretty good, large, and clean. Service was good, nothing you wouldn’t expect for a hotel like Marriott but good. Swimming pool was clean and pretty big. There are lockers, showers, and everything you’d need. There was literally no one inside so it made it even better. - Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was quite large but some of the foods were not fresh: pastries, hash browns, and probably others. Juice or soya milk was mixed with water so it wasn’t great. Of course some other things were fresh but I expected way more from such a hotel.
