Absolutely fenomenal place to stay for everyone. The food was top class with lots of different choices. The kids really liked the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very clean and friendly service . The staff were also really helpful and smiling. Overall, I think St. Lucas Medical Spa is such a lovely place to stay 💖 for children and adults. ******* gongs were from different planet. My family would recommend Lucas for everyone.We will definitely come back next year. 👌😘

What looked like a lovely hotel on pictures was a very outdated hotel in person. It was incredibly dated and smelt. The location however was really good in a lovely town.
Our room was basic and had a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a building site which was a shame. The worst part was the bathroom, besides being outdated it smelt awful. The smell was like sewage and each time someone else used their bathroom it gurgled back in ours. We also had a clump of black hair in our bed. Breakfast seemed like a bit of a free for all, but was adequate. The orange and apple juice was watered down and untasty. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this hotel but would return to the area.

Terrible service, medical procedures - a formality. Medical equipment worn out. The quality of procedures is below zero. For all procedures, sheets and towels are provided, which are changed twice a week. Unsanitary conditions. The food in the restaurant is poor, monotonous and often stale. A beautiful building, but behind the sign, a complete disappointment.

Recht großes Hotel inmitten von Bad Flinsberg. Es waren recht viele deutsche Kurgäste vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war recht reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Leider war der Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Vielzahl der Gäste.

Gutes Hotel, sehr gutes Essen. Zentral gelegen. Spa und orthopädische Anwendungen möglich. Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahren gekommen. Sehr nette Service. Gute Ausgangspunkt um Ausflüge oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Allgemeine notte von mir gut.
