Our recentely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers an expansive north-facing patio wich is often shaded, making it more enjoyable to relax with the view of the wide canal, where you can sometimes see dolphins and manatees.This downstairs unit has tile floors throughout the main living area and new carpet in both bedrooms. The bathroom features a step-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom a bunk with a full size bed below and a twin on top. This condo is within a beautiful landscaped 24 hour gated community in the south Waterside complex. The condo sits directly on the wide canal. The ground floor unit means no stairs to deal with when dragging in your luggage or groceries. We are happy to accommodate you for anything from a short term holiday to a full seasonal rental.The condo is fully furnished and you need only bring your bathing suit and sun lotion. All linens, kitchen equipment, etc. is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full size dishwasher, large microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric stove.
