Na uwage zadluguja rowniez kosmetyki w lazience. Zel pod prysznic, dla mnie, zapachem przywoluje klimat odprezenia i relaksu a dodatek ambry jest zmyslowy.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Haus und sind auf Anhieb total begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach alles, sehr schöne saubere Zimmer, eine super Verpflegung (wir hatten Halbpension) und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Hotel fanden wir gut, etwas unübersichtlich aber nach 2 Tagen hat man es langsam verstanden! Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung alles was man braucht! Das essen war Mega lecker! Die Angestellten im Restaurant waren alle sehr freundlich! Im Spa waren alle Angestellten Mega unfreundlich, deshalb waren wir dann woanders Wellness machen! Man hatte das Gefühl das es die Mitarbeiter im Spa stört dass man dort ist!! Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Tolle Lage und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal ist super langsam, aber freundlich und spricht sogar deutsch. Ein Hundezimmer direkt gegenüber des Aufzugs zuzuweisen ist jedoch auch fragwürdig, war mit unserem Hund zum Glück kein Problem, aber bei geräuschempfindlichen Hunden wäre das ein Problem. Der SPA-Bereich war eine Enttäuschung. Viel zu wenig Liegen, kaltes Wasser und kalte Raumtemperatur. Absolute Katastrophe ist die Parksituation in der Tiefgarage. Die Stellplätze werden willkürlich vergeben. Ein Smart steht dann auf dem größten Parkplatz und ein SUV muss sich in eine kleine Parklücke quetschen und der Fahrer muss so dicht an der Wand parken, dass er nur noch über die Beifahrerseite rausklettern kann (sonst kommt der Nebenmann gar nicht mehr in sein Auto). In der Tiefgarage riecht es sehr unangenehm nach Biomüll. Wir haben deutlich bessere Wellnesshotels in Polen gesehen und werden daher definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

It was a wonderful stay and we were very happy with everything! Our dogs were also allowed to come along. That was great. The location is also great. Not far from the sea and the promenade. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely great!!! We'd love to come back :-)!!!

Clean. Close to the Sea. Good food (breakfast). Helpful and friendly staff. Czysto. Blisko morza. Spaczne jedzenie (śniadanie, ponieważ obiadu/obiadokolacji nie próbowałam). Pomocna i przyjazna obsługa. Ogólne wyrażania: było warto, wrócę tam na pewno :)

One week vacation with children. Disadvantages - uncomfortable beds, chairs and sofa. Cold water in the pool. Majority of guests are seniors from Germany. Location is very good - walking distance to all interesting places of the town. Food comparable to 3 stars hotel standard also very good. Hotel is clean and personnel cooperative especially in the lobby.

Świetny hotel, piękne, przestronne pokoje, wszystko nowe i zadbane. Bardzo blisko promenady i plaży. Smaczne i różnorodne posiłki z dużą ilością warzyw, mięsa i ryby raczej pieczone i duszone niż panierowane, co bardzo mi odpowiada. Do śniadania pyszne gofry pieczone na bieżąco i live cooking- omlety i jajecznice z dodatkami. Basen, jacuzzi, sauny -wszystko czyściutkie i zadbane. Bardzo miły i zainteresowany gościem personel Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, to będzie z pewnością nasza najchętniej wybierana lokalizacja na mapie Świnoujścia.
