I booked a room with a Mountain View for two nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. When i booked i choose (one bed) However, upon arrival, I was given a room with a parking view and two separate beds. When I requested a change, she told me i can do nothing for u we dont have another rooms and she called someone to make the bed together i was like okay ( cant be worse) then i asked to change blanket because it’s was for one bed it’s so small for couple when i ask for big blanket , they told me we cant give u big blanket without any reason they told me sorry i cant help u , so each of us are using one blank it’s the worst hotel and service i have ever seen i dont understand how it’s has 4 stars and such amount of money for this service ( i dont care about spa and pool u can stay there 3 hr max but you have to spend 7 hrs in comfortable bed i don’t recommend it at all

Hotel łączy ze sobą dwa style - nowoczesność przełamana jest górskimi akcentami. Świetna lokalizacja i duży parking. Pokoje czyste i przestronne, a strefa wellnes i spa na wysokim poziomie. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek jak i zorganizowanie przyjęcia i świętowanie z najbliższymi!

it was second time we visited hotel very good Location Near to ski line and to centrum by foot 15 min its good place to go to Mountain places(Barania Góra) and others. Hotel has very good facilities - spa wonderfull and food on the third floor - asian food Staff is ok parking ok clean 4star breakfast 4star

Bardzo dobry hotel, położony tuż przy wyciągu na Skrzyczne. Smaczne śniadania i obiady. Fajny kompleks basenu i saun. Z pewnością kosztuje drożej niż sąsiednie hotele, ale to zależy od potrzeb danej osoby. Polecam dla osób wygodnych i ceniących komfort.

Spędziliśmy super tydzień w najlepszym hotelu w Szczyrku. Hotel Meta oferuje odnowione, czyste pokoje, wspaniałe jedzenie, przepiękny basen i bardzo dobrze wyposażoną siłownię. Klimatyczna nowa restauracja na trzecim piętrze i wyjście z hotelu prosto na stok. Bajka :)

I've spent few days in February in this hotel and it has been a great pleasure! Located next to ski lift, which is super useful during winter and now it has also a modern indoor swimming pool. The staff is also very nice and helpful, easy recommendation!

Ogólnie pokoje są na dobrym poziomie. Basen I sauny przyzwoite, ale problem stanowi brak inf o tym że do sauny wchodzi się w okryciu i bez kompielowek. Uważam że hotel przygotowany na duży przemiał ludzi. Brak miłej atmosfery, czujesz się jakbyś nie był mile widziany w tym hotelu. Z soboty na niedzielę jest dyskoteka i ludzie wracają do pokoi w różnych porannych godzinach i budzą innych. Osobiście drugi raz już nie skorzystam z ich oferty.
