I booked a reservation as early as August 22 to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. However, upon arrival for check-in at 2:00 PM on August 25, I was disappointed to find that the room I had reserved was still occupied. Despite the inconvenience, I was willing to wait until 3:00 PM as a courtesy. Unfortunately, when I returned at almost 4:00 PM, the room was still unavailable, and I was asked to wait even longer. So I decided to look for another hotel the last minute since they cannot accommodate us guests timely I requested to get a refund since they are at fault but they refuse to give it. Imagine the hassle and inconvenience they put us through.
