Booked a family suite as we had 4 pax and the suite supposedly has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 double beds). Upon check in, the room only had 1 queen bed with 4 towels. After many rounds of enquiring, trip.com support told us that the whole building only has rooms with 1 queen bed each. And the host told trip.com that we, the guests made a mistake in booking and did not read carefully. Host refused to refund us and luckily trip.com refunded on their end. Beware booking from this place.

A very happy trip, my first time in Manila with my good friends. The owner of the B&B we booked was very enthusiastic. Not only did he provide us with a free pick-up service, he also provided us with a complete travel guide. The room is also very clean. The surrounding environment is very good. It is a very high-end city.

The environment is better than I expected. There is a shopping mall downstairs with a lot of Chinese food. The boss is very nice and sent a Chinese-speaking staff to assist me with check-in. The hotel pool and gym are very good.
