The staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

Great facility and would be even better with better trained staffs

The hotel environment is very good, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, it is very close to the scenic spot, the room is not big but clean and tidy, a good experience. There is a fruit platter when you check in, it is recommended to stay.

The room is average, and we stayed on the shady side, with basically no light. However, the hotel's landscape garden is large and unique. It is a pleasure to walk in the yard after dinner. The room hygiene is average, with a lot of dust under the bed. The children walked in socks, and their socks turned black after a while, so we need to pay attention to this. The dining is average, not special, but it's okay.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I thought it was good the first time, but I came the second time. As a result, the hygiene was terrible. The sink was full of dirty debris and hair. There was toilet paper and a lot of dirt and hair in the ocean ball pool in the slide room I booked. I was speechless. I went to the front desk. The front desk service was good and changed our room in time. But to be honest, the first dirty room left a big shadow on us. The ocean balls in the second room were all filled with pokers left by others. I can imagine whether anyone cleans the ocean ball pool regularly. I couldn't even see things like pokers in it. In short, I probably won't come to this hotel again unless there are special circumstances.

I went on a family trip. I highly recommend it. The room is spacious, has a nice view, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay, and I wasn't expecting the dinner order, but it was quite delicious.

It is very necessary to do it after climbing the mountain, otherwise you can't walk the next day.

Disadvantages: When I first opened the door of the room, there was a strong sour smell and a strong smell of air cleaner in the room. I believe you want to use air cleaner to cover the sour smell. It is recommended that you do not let guests stay in this situation in the future. Moreover, the window is very small and feels very depressing! Because this is the first impression of entering the hotel room, it is very bad! Of course, I explained the situation to the front desk and changed a room smoothly! The room I changed has two windows, which makes up for the feeling of depression caused by one window! The bed is very large, but the mattress alone is very soft, giving people the feeling of collapse, uncomfortable! The furnishings in the room are very simple and not warm enough. It is recommended to add some soft decorations to layout the space so that guests feel warm when they enter the door! The washbasin is uncomfortable to use. You can try to wash your face. It is very inconvenient! Xiaodu is not smart enough, and cannot open and close the curtains and air conditioner by voice control. It feels a bit empty. It is recommended to connect Xiaodu to an uninterruptible power supply so that guests can call her in time when they enter the room! Also, the TV cannot cast the screen! The air conditioner will be cold at 26 degrees at night. It seems that the air conditioner does not work at this temperature! In short, for my personal feeling, your hotel lobby should be a temporary transition, and the room should also be a temporary construction, because after entering, it feels very simple, casual, and has no characteristics! After all, it is still under construction. This is understandable, but the hotel should also take the guests' impression of the hotel into consideration! Spend more time in the room! Before going to your place, I stayed in: Moyu Ciyue, and Kaiyuan Mingdu. You are not far away and are all five-star listed! I hope it will get better and better!
