Taichung Central District 4-star Hotels

Good Location to Bus station and to Night Market. Its also next to a major bus transport if you wish to travel to outskirt of the city in taichung. The hotel is also located in an outlet mall. The Breakfast spread is good daily.

Location: near the train station which was super convenient for us. was a short 5min walk away. Family mart right beside the hotel is a bonus too! Room: spacious and clean. our room had a bathtub! downside - very limited powerpoints available. must to bring travel adapter. Laundry: the free laundry was super helpful for our trip, even tho it's self service. laundry room is on the basement, which isn't accessible from the main lift and require climbing stairs. able to purchase laundry powder for 30TWD from the counter, which was convenient. laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, took us about 1.5h-2h to complete the washing and drying cycles together.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, the bed is good for sleeping, clean, very comfortable for one night, the room type has a bathtub, you can take a bath to relax, the fly in the ointment is not very good sound insulation, please listen louder to the traffic on the street to.

The location is opposite the Taichung Railway Station, next to the Taichung Transfer Station, it is very convenient to take a bus or train. The counter staff was kind, the check-in was completed quickly, the room was very clean and definitely could live.

The location of the Guangfu Hall is located in the city, very convenient, not far from the No. 1 Middle School business district and Miyahara Ophthalmology Department, within walking distance, the accommodation is simple and clean, but the breakfast is very simple, the taste and vision are not good, you can strengthen the content of the breakfast and the clean plate, and it is recommended to provide a map of nearby attractions. Just rely on the service staff to say, how much will be wrong, thank you!

A very comfortable place to stay; although the location is not near the station, it is not far away. There are many major banks and many old buildings nearby. Exercise equipment and business center are helpful.

There are many shops around where you can shop, buy and eat. Walk slowly and eat slowly. It is also close to the train station. The transportation is very convenient, and the room is also very clean. There are Taichung Park, Yizhong Street Night Market, Dongdong Taro Ball, Hong Ruizhen Sandwich, Miyahara Ophthalmology Ice Cream and other scenic spots, suitable for middle-class families to take a slow tour with their children.

The room was quite clean, but the faucet in the toilet seemed broken and loose. You may want to pay attention to the check-out time because the card will be locked at around 10:59. The facilities nearby are good and there is a bus stop downstairs.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

The service staff are warm and courteous. The room is spacious and comfortable with a street view. There is a bathtub (quite big and deep) where you can take a bath to relax your body and mind😄😁. Comes with a complimentary breakfast👍👍. There are many items to choose from, and you are very full. 2 highlights of breakfast~Beef soup & ice cream💥💯 ●●Will visit again~
