The room is clean and has no peculiar smell. The sound insulation is also very good. The accommodation experience is good.

There was obvious dust in the room including the floor and water glasses. There is a coffee machine and a bluetooth bathroom mirror. The space is spacious. The room you stayed in didn't have wifi, so you could only connect to other rooms. Staff are friendly. The location is next to Hele Square, convenient and quiet

It was very dirty...and when we arrived at the hotel where we were supposed to stay, he told us that there was a problem with the quadruple room and that we should go to another branch of theirs (even if it was brand new). But shouldn't this matter be informed to travelers in advance? We are asked to make one more trip, are we thinking that our time is not time? It's really too much. And when we arrived at another branch, there was no one at the counter. Why did we have to wait for so long? Don’t restaurants use front counters anymore? How short of a manpower is there? If you keep disappearing, if a visitor asks for help in an emergency, can you afford the responsibility? Too exaggerated.

I stayed for several nights, but the room was not cleaned and the linens were not changed. I contacted the front desk, but they could not understand English at all, so I ended up explaining using the translation function on my phone. They came to clean the room after that, but I had to wait at the front desk during that time. When they finally finished and I got to the room, the bed was not made, but the linens, toothbrushes, etc. were only replaced. The front desk could not speak English, and there was no apology, so I will never stay here again.
