Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. This experience made me understand that Eslite Travel staff is not trained enough, there is a very good attitude, there are also very poor, the quality of the room type is also uneven..., the second stay in a five-star hotel, this time the whole family did not sleep well for two days, really sad and disappointed.
