The second time I stayed at Eslite Travel, because the first experience was very good, but the second time was very bad, the reason was that the service attitude of the counter staff in the morning was really bad. I stayed for three days and two nights twice, and the experience was particularly deep. The reason is that the air-conditioning outlet in the room on the first night has a very small abnormal sound at night, which affects the sleep of my family. The crib may be old, so I will bark when I move it. I start to feel a little delusional and feel that it is not the same hotel. Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. This experience made me understand that Eslite Travel staff is not trained enough, there is a very good attitude, there are also very poor, the quality of the room type is also uneven..., the second stay in a five-star hotel, this time the whole family did not sleep well for two days, really sad and disappointed.

It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair trea**ent. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

Superb as a four star- great customer service especially the staff at ground floor and pool . Room is spacious and nicely Decorated /laid out but could be a bit brighter with more lights. Downside is some part of the room is quite dusty but bed is clean and comfy in general. Very good location that most shopping or dining area is easily accessible from the hotel. We had three rooms booked on same floor but different directions , two of the rooms can hear the busking downstairs clearly tho (could be a bit annoying at night) We enjoyed the stay very much after all though .will recommend this hotel to others and definitely visit again

I was on an 18hr layover & it was a great stay. My airport pickup was on time & they didn't mind that my flight was late. The car had wifi & it was a smooth journey. Check in was simple and the receptionist spoke English. I had a few questions that were all answered sufficiently. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was next to the 101 building which was a nice view. There was also a shopping mall less than a 10 minute wall away. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

Hotel is within 10m from MRT station, occupies the 12th floor of building. Landmark entrance would be a Starbucks cafe. Surrounding is full of shops such as Zara, Uniqlo, H&M etc My room is without window. This is akin to capsule but bigger in size with attached bath, toilet and tv. Price is double of capsule but is definitely worth the money

The location of the hotel is great, there is a department store nearby called Ming Yao. Lots of familiar stores too like uniqlo, zara, h&m and starbucks in the area. train station is also close, there is also a supermarket called Carrefour and 7eleven near the hotel. Happy with their service, the front desk that assisted us is very kind and warm, the check in time is 3pm but we got in the room at 2:20 pm which was so considerate. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again if ever I will go back to Taipei.

The location is very good, with convenient transportation. It is very close to the MRT station and bus station. Taipei 101 is also close at hand. You can see it when you go out. The room matched the photo, not too different. The breakfast is very unchanged. We stayed for 2 nights and the dishes were almost the same on both days. If I could choose again, I would choose McDonald's for breakfast.

The hotel cleanliness is just ok, but some of the blanket show stains and make me and my siblings itchy. Maybe because we have sensitive skins and eczema but it's still a thing to be pointed out. The hotel soundproof is good and it's a spacious room indeed. The breakfast wise is just ok but will get bored if need to eat a whole week or so. Overall it's OK.

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. Stayed at the Standard Double Room (2 adults). Overall, room was decent was fairly clean (we’re very particular with cleanliness and hygiene), staff was very nice & accommodating, cleaned our rooms when asked to, had the basic amenities, a lounge, and freebies, ie coffee capsule, softdrinks, water, tea, biscuit, gummy bears. Best things about this hotel are that it’s close to transportation, i.e. MRT, bus stops, convenience stores, like 7/11, Family Mart, where you can buy your “easy card” & even top up there, cafes, tea drinks, bars, restaurants, nice clothes shops. It would have been nice if the room were much cleaner, i.e. the corners were a little dusty (again this is coming from someone who’s very very particular about cleanliness) but all in all, had a good stay & would highly recommend! Very good deal and worth it too!

Location was good as it near a train station pharmacies and convenience stores wear all within working distance. Room was great, however the service was a little off, after room cleaning a t-shirt was lost, staff help to search for the missing shirt, and was unable to find it and asked me to re-search. No compensation was offered for the missing item. Laundry service was also not great, some clothes were returned with stains still in it. For the pricing it was expected to be better.

Location was very convenient. Its a 10 min walk to the taipei 101 MRT station and right under the hotel is a 7/11 convenience store with a MOS burger fastfood chain. The building does seem old but the interior and rooms were recently renovated. My only problem was their plumbing in the toilet. It releases a bad odor on certain times but other than that the room is really clean
