New hotel. Great location, just on top of subway. Lobby staff are very nice. Breakfast with various variety. Worth the money. Highly recommended.

Very stingy. We took the early high-speed train to Taiyuan. Because we didn't get the return ticket, we needed to stay for one night before returning to Shanghai, so we chose the economical and fast Atour. As a result, we arrived at the front desk at 11 o'clock and were told that there was no room and we had to wait. I told the front desk that we could either upgrade it, because I didn't wash up in the morning and wanted to wash up before going out. Then we were told that there was still no room after upgrading one level. Then I was very confused about why it was so popular, and I took a casual look at Ctrip. Seeing that diamond members can upgrade for free, I told him that I could upgrade it anyway, and if there was no room for the executive level, I could upgrade it to the next level. Then suddenly I was told that there was an executive room. I asked if I had just checked out and needed to wait for cleaning? He said no. So it was very strange, did he not want to upgrade or what. To be honest, Atour's high-end king bed, executive king bed and wooden king bed are really not important to us passers-by, just taking a shower. It's really stingy to dawdle at the front desk for a long time on a small matter. 😓😓😓The room on the 11th floor is right below the restaurant. The restaurant started cooking at 5 o'clock the next day. The soundproofing is really average. I was in a bad mood and had to catch the high-speed train at 8 o'clock in the morning😓😓😓Speechless
