酒店老舊，房間樓層地毯厚厚的灰，空氣不通暢。
房間到處都是灰塵，蜘蛛網很多，蟲子多。因為敏感體質當天入住就生病。
電話清潔房間阿姨又是把厚厚的灰塵給弄起搞到我鼻炎皮膚病加重又有喉嚨炎症，還有沒有打掃乾淨，還是很多蜘蛛網和蟲子。
第二天吵架沒給換房間，又是亂打掃。不幸我的病情更加重起不來去醫院打針吊水。
我們倆長者家被折騰5天，來太原探親行程搞砸，換酒店又是病重動不了，真的很冤枉花錢受罪。
酒店沒有道歉，從頭到尾沒有道歉！
酒店衹有説這個阿姨就是不好。。
