Stayed there for a night and we enjoyed the area. The hotel itself is very simple but great for a night. If you driving like me there a few parking lots around and not expensive which is very convenient.

The room feels big among Japanese city chain hotels, at least it can open two 20-inch suitcases. The facilities and toiletries are very complete, and cute towels, slippers and toothbrushes are specially prepared for children. The bath towels are very thick, and the pajamas are of good quality. I want to buy some to take away.
The bed and pillow are very comfortable.
The front desk speaks good English. Although the operator didn't speak English when I called before😅
I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. There are too many delicious foods around. The two teammates bought a lot of snacks at the convenience store. The mermaid bread downstairs is also very good. You can buy freshly baked bread when it opens at 8 o'clock😋.
It is about 1.5 kilometers to Ritsurin Garden, a 15-20 minute walk, and there are many buses for 3 stops.
The transportation is very convenient to everywhere, and the airport bus pick-up point is also nearby. I want to stay here next time I come to Takamatsu.
Picture 2 is the intersection outside the hotel. Picture 3 is Ritsurin Garden, just to make up the number😅

I actually like this kind of hotel with a rest area and coffee and tea, but when I checked in, the exterior walls were renovated and the curtains were just scaffolding... Fortunately, Ctrip helped communicate and provided a satisfactory solution. Thank you. The twin room is large and has a laundry room. It is an 8-minute walk from the commercial street. The transportation in Takamatsu is not very convenient in general. The tourism industry on several islands has not recovered. They all went there for the Spring and Autumn combo specials. Haha, please everyone Choose rationally, there are always pitfalls in promotions, and the return flight was delayed by two and a half hours.

The room is not big, the window cannot be opened, and the smell of smoke is too strong.
There is no bottled water in the room, you need to get it from the water dispenser in the corridor.
The cleaning staff did not put the sticker on the door out in time because they did not understand Japanese, so they had to go to the front desk to ask.
Transportation, meals, and the pier are still very close, very convenient

3 First time in 2 I stayed at Takamatsu Hyogo Cho, Toyoko Inn for the first time. It is a little far from Takamatsu Station and it takes 6~7 minutes to walk. But it is located in the center of the city and the arcade of Hyogo Cho shopping street is just next door. There are many restaurants around, many well-reputed Udon shops, and many popular shops with bone birds. Because it is Toyoko Inn, the hotel is not luxurious. Rather simple, but the whole tube is bright and clean. In the corona vortex, the free breakfast stopped the buffet, all individually packed and was a system that could be brought into the room.

A Delightful Stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu
I recently had the pleasure of staying at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel, conveniently located next to Takamatsu Station and offering breathtaking views of the Seto Inland Sea, combines comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in a way that makes it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel’s elegant exterior and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Their ability to converse in multiple languages was a notable plus, especially for international visitors like myself.
The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, well-appointed, and featuring a contemporary design, it provided a perfect blend of functionality and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the room was the panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea, which was especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. The room also included modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar.
The hotel’s dining options are another aspect worth highlighting. I had the opportunity to dine at several of the on-site restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet at “The Dining” offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. The sushi at “Seto,” the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, was some of the best I’ve ever had, prepared with the freshest ingredients and utmost care. The staff at the restaurants were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience.
One of the standout features of JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu is its array of facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, allowing guests to keep up with their workout routines. I also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve experienced, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop bar offers a spectacular view of the city and the sea, making it an ideal spot to unwind in the evening.
The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Being adjacent to Takamatsu Station, it provides easy access to local transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and its surroundings. The nearby Ritsurin Garden, one of Japan’s most famous historical gardens, is a must-visit, and the hotel’s proximity to the ferry terminal makes it easy to take a day trip to the nearby islands of the Seto Inland Sea.
What truly sets JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction I had with the hotel team was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing helpful recommendations and making arrangements that enhanced my overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu was exceptional in every way. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining, excellent facilities, and top-notch service makes this hotel a standout choice in Takamatsu. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu for an unforgettable stay. I look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to experience their hospitality once again.

It is a formal hotel that can stay at a reasonable price, although it is a little far from the station. Because I used it on a trip to sanuki Udon, it was good to be able to access the famous shop where the procession can be made in taga town on foot (20 minutes) after the first walk in the morning. Other than that, the parking lot was 24 free time access, so it was convenient. The room used a standard twin. It's not large, but it was comfortable with no inconvenience, clean and well-cleaned in a beautiful room. This is a hotel you want to use again when staying in Takamatsu.

I used the room of the new building. It is less than 々 away from Takamatsu station, and the bus seems to be not after the evening, so I went to the taxi. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I was a little worried about the front desk from a little above, but I was very satisfied overall. I would like to use it at the new building next time I visit Takamatsu.

October 2023, 1 night in Ocean View Twin Room (balcony)
Good point
Anyway, the view from the balcony in the room is great
The design of the hotel interior exterior with the concept of the new warm old knowledge is original
The restaurant called FORQ adjacent to the pass is delicious
Only Tamano can watch the Keirin race from the balcony
Good access to the island of art ”Naoshima”
【Note】
Dinner at the cherry blossom restaurant was common to the general guest, and the seat by the window was not able to sit as a reservation
Watching from the balcony is strong in the sea breeze and cold at night
There is a vending machine, but it is not sold, so it is better to bring it to the person who wants to drink
It's a bit tough to walk to the nearest supermarket and convenience store
It seems that the balcony cannot be watched only during the midnight Keirin
Only shower can not be used during the Keirin
【Commentary】
A hotel that can be recommended besides bicycle lovers. Recommended as a place to stay for sightseeing to the art island ”Naoshima”.

4 minutes Sky Seagull Hotel is close to the Angel Road for about ten minutes and then you seven about seven minutes. There are two adult supermarkets for about 15 minutes. There is a barbecue restaurant for ten minutes. The hotel has a wi-fi traditional Japanese style hotel with hot springs. How many days to book and evening dinner Breakfast hotel about five minutes there is a bus stop to various attractions, so the four-country travel coupon can be used unlimitedly on the 7th. There is a hill on the Angel Road called the lover's hill. The sunset is very suitable for couples. If you don't buy the four-country travel coupon, the bus is the most expensive 550. Yen goes to Olive Park. There is a museum in the Olive Park.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth stay at the JR Clement, and I keep going back because it's always a good experience staying there! This time I booked a more spacious room, the deluxe double, which had a great view across the city to the mountains from both the bedroom and the bathroom, with the sea and cute island of Ozuchishima visible to the right. In the past, I've had lovely views of the port and castle from smaller rooms. I think all the rooms have views of some sort. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a larger space with a bigger desk, plus a small table and easy chairs by the window. There was a generous daily allocation of toiletries (in packets rather than bottles which was good) - loved the lavender bubble bath, and the Olive Energy products were excellent. The hotel provides a daily newspaper as well. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn't eat in the restaurants (I think there are three), but don't miss the delicious cakes and pastries from the in-house bakery! The location is perfect, at Takamatsu Port two minutes from the JR Station, and across the road from Takamatsu Castle/Tamamo Park and Takamatsu-chikko Station. There is also a busy bus hub (including for airport buses) and taxi rank. Many shops and eateries close by. It's lovely to walk by the sea without having to travel to do it. Great sunsets! From the port you can catch ferries or fast boats to Naoshima, the other the art islands and Shodoshima. It's about a 2km walk to my favourite garden, Ritsurin Koen, or you can catch a train from Takamatsu-chikko. Already re-booked for this year!
GGuest UserThis is a fairly large hotel in Shionoe Onsen. Stayed in the pet room on the first floor. Dogs are not allowed to walk outside the room, but there are plenty of pet supplies in the room. The guest room is a Japanese-Western style room with about 6 tatami mats and 2 beds. It was spacious enough. The food was pretty good for the price. It looked beautiful and I was satisfied with the quality. Soft drinks were free and paper cups were placed for takeout to the guest room. Above all, the staff was kind and fun, and I had a fun meal. Breakfast is buffet style. The number of items is also abundant. I had a great time at the inn in the mountains.
GGuest UserIt is a hotel apartment rather than a hotel as indicated sometimes. The location is not very good, far from everything. Even if a station is nearby. The person present at the check-in was very helpful. The room is small, clean, well-equipped.
MMaki0411It was very spacious and comfortable in a room with a loft! !! There is also a whirlpool bath, which seems to have taken away the tiredness of traveling. I spent time with a friend, but it was a good room with ample size for families with children. It was good that check-out was not too early at 11 o'clock
TTourist49339487708Ordinary business hotel. I decided because it was close to the station. Breakfast is 700 yen The number of items is small, but if it is 700 yen, it is 々 above. Udon was popular. Most of the guests from foreign countries. The best thing was that I rented a bicycle. I wanted to go to the famous Udon and I was tired to walk from the train station. On the way, it seems to be popular for local high school students. I was able to buy ”Mayonnaise topping karafuki” at a karafuki shop. It was good to see a big tree in the shopping street. The front desk was kind. Overall, the facilities are old but close to the station and can stay cheaply. This is enough to be satisfied.
GGuest UserThe building was clean and the rooms were cute. The bed was good and there was a humidifier, pot, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner and mirror! I'm glad that it's easier to clean when my hair falls if there is something like a quick wiper than a vacuum cleaner. It was a little difficult to lay the sheets myself. .. I said that I sent the automatic door number at the entrance by email, but I didn't come even if I looked for the email and called. There was a place where I was troubled at check-in, but there is no problem with the others, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity! !!
TTraveller C- the room is small and typical of such chain hotel
- located right in front of Takamatsu JR station
- trams stops are a short walking distance away
- convenience store also require small amount of walking
- the room’s window “opened” to the wall of the next building (it’s so near you can touch it, just 10cm apart!)
- overall not much issues but not a memorable place. Does it’s job as an overnight accommodation.
- front desk ladies were polite but sterile
CCHINThe owner is very kind and tells me about the delicious shops nearby, and I am really grateful. The port and station are very convenient for visiting the islands at the distance in front of you.
It's like a share house and it's easy to live in, and I think that if there is no corona, the number of residents will increase.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, a few minutes walk to Takamatsu Station and Yuzao Park, I heard that the bathroom was remodeled before, there are several floors, each floor is estimated to have dozens of capsule rooms, there are bed curtains can be pulled down to cover, privacy is still OK, it is night snoring (understand) ... The place to take a bath is a collective bathroom. Everyone is stripped naked. Don’t come to experience this one who is shy and mindful. If you want to experience it, you can try it. You need to bring your own washing. The first floor is a bathhouse and laundry place. You need to change shoes when you enter the door. The whole is still very clean.
The accommodation includes breakfast (see evaluation picture), the place to eat is on the 2nd floor, in addition to the restaurant, there is actually a living room and chess and card room and even a place to watch comics and massage! ! ! There is really everything ...
