The hotel is located near the Hirayu Bus Terminal, a 3-minute walk away, and the location is very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style, and considering the price of the accommodation, the variety is quite rich. The hot spring facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor hot springs, which are very enjoyable to soak in when it snows. However, during our two-night stay, there was no hot water in the large bathhouse on the last night and the next morning, which was a bummer. After asking the staff, Wei found out that he could use the large public bath facilities at the Miyama Sakuraan next to the hotel as compensation. Although most of the hotel staff's English is quite average, they all try very hard to communicate and assist. One of them also helped us communicate with the car rental and insurance company several times after our rental car encountered an accident, which made things go smoothly. All in all, this is a good value for money hotel and I would recommend it to my friends.

酒店自助晚餐很好吃，窗外就是雪景

又靚又好住，酒店早餐非常好，晚餐都OK下次都會再嚟，酒店環境非常舒適值得去試一次，下次可以叫埋一班朋友一次。

在平湯算最大的酒店了！中規中矩，懷石料理也中規中矩，還可以！亮點是餐廳的景色非常不錯👍

衞生，環境，服務，設施都是很好的。體驗感也很好。飛彈牛奶一定要喝超級好喝。走的時候還買了兩瓶帶走。非要説點不足，就是自助餐預期的比較高以至於有點小失望，不是那麼好吃但湊合。

酒店房間很大，服務中規中矩，餐食也比較滿意，大雪給酒店加分不少，以後到平湯温泉還會深山櫻庵·平湯館。
