C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet appart'hôtel. Cette fois-ci, nous avons trouvé la suite assez exiguë. De plus, celle qui nous avait été réservée était sous toiture et sans ventilateur alors qu'il faisait jusqu'à 42°C.
Le préposée de l'hôtel, très charmante et serviable, a accepté de nous changer de suite, un étage en-dessous, pourvue d'un ventilateur.
Nous avons appris qu'il y a deux autres emplacements de cette chaîne à proximité avec airco. 
À penser pour la prochaine fois.

Da wir leider nur eine Nacht dort waren, kann ich nicht allzu viel zum Hotel sagen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es völlig ausreichend.

Hôtel calme et agréable, bien situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Bordeaux en tramway ligne b arrêt forum. Personnel souriant et professionnel....

The hotel's staff, very charming and serviceable, agreed to change our suite, a floor below, with a fan.
We learned that there are two other locations in this chain nearby with air-conditioning.
