The room is quite big, and you can cook simple meals in it. The facilities are quite old, and there is a hole in the sofa. It should be considered a hotel for tourists and vacations. There is no elevator between the upper and lower floors, which is not very friendly for people with heavy luggage. The breakfast of the hotel is average, and the front desk is not enthusiastic.

The front desk is friendly and the bed is comfy. But the equipment is old, no free mineral water is provided, no cleaning is done every day, and there are small putty bugs

Overall experience was wonderful. Staff members were professional, supportive and very attentive to my needs and requests. Atmosphere around the property was very peaceful and safe. Rooms were well appointed. I particularly liked the fire place in some of the rooms, the view, being close to the bay,.

I have checked in to the hotel and I am extremely disappointed with our stay thus far. To start I paid for a room that slept 6 two king beds and a pull out couch. We were placed in a room with only two king beds. This room was indeed subpar. The AC vent leaked on the floor in the bathroom. Maintenance came and said “oh it’s not a problem it’s just condensation from the room temperature “. WHAT??? Then the televisions came in and went off just as fast and had to be replaced. As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, we went to take baths only to find bugs in the towels and the water would not drain out the tub. We requested to be relocated. This resulted in us having to wait almost five hours to be relocated. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. Finally after 4 on the second day we were checked into another room. Stayed in the room for 3 hours in the heat. The darn AC doesn’t work in this room. Called front desk maintenance again came and claimed it was working. Needless to say my family and I have spent the night suffering in the heat. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced in all my years traveling. The musty sent in the room has all of us sneezing with nose runs. No manager in duty. Sent desk staff have no power to bring resolve. I would like a refund ASAP!!! This is HORRID.

Dirty and outdated suites with cockroaches inside, very noisy from upstairs neighbors and Management, after many complaints, doesn’t take any measure to improve your stay!! Definitely not even close to be worth the money!! Besides the view, is nothing good there!!

I have stayed here several times and every time I have enjoyed it. The price is exceptional for the location and the comfort level. Beds are nice. Good showers and great parking. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will always stay here going forward.
