The experience was very bad. There were construction sites all around, not to mention shopping malls, there wasn't even a convenience store. Because I was going to the city center for an exam and my flight landed late, I chose a hotel that was close to the city center (marked as 2.5 kilometers away from the city center) and had airport pick-up service. As a result, it took 35 kilometers to drive to the city center. There is a big difference between 35 and 2.5. I asked to cancel the stay a few days later. As a result, the front desk immediately changed their attitude and kept refusing. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the entire process from the manual customer service to the customer service supervisor was actively and proactively followed up. Fortunately, I booked it a day in advance. Otherwise, I would definitely miss the 8:00 exam. There were large construction vehicles passing by all around the hotel. It was hard to get a taxi 😅
