So regarding the staff, helpful and very kind. For cleaning, it is mediocre and not well cleaned even though there are two of them in the rooms, does not vacuum, takes a broom to clean the carpet. I had to ask for the vacuuming, otherwise she would not have done it and I even think that he does not do it, he just cleans with a broom. Otherwise, the hotel needs renovation. Their strong point is the top staff.

Very disappointing, the cleanliness and service need to be reviewed! However, it is quite well located because it is close to the golf course, quiet, accessible via the Tour bus. I do not recommend it, despite a few mini positive points, we had booked after seeing reviews and photos on the site. DO NOT TRUST IT AT ALL. We just slept there, nothing more, it did not make us want to stay there and enjoy the outdoor pool. The photos speak for themselves... there is a minimum, especially for a 4*, they should go down to 3* or even 2*. And I have been to hotels in Morocco, this is the first time I have seen that! - The room was not cleaned on the first day (we let it go, thinking that we had arrived the day before, it was not a problem) but the next day we had to ask for someone to come back because there was no more toilet paper (they had put half a roll), no trash bags in the bathroom, the person took the towels away from us but did not put any back, saying that she would come back, we arrived late in the evening and there we still did not have any towels, we were made to go around in circles for more than an hour, saying that it happened and then that there were no more because the hotel was full and that they were in the dryer (at 10 p.m.!!) it is unacceptable to have such service (we finally got our towels with insistence, strangely they did not come out of the dryer as was said). - Damaged furniture but good bedding. Air conditioning does not work. - The hotel restaurant is useless because it offers a fast food type menu but there is nothing when you choose a dish. - Basic buffet breakfast, lack of fruits, yogurts and specialties, too bad. - Some staff members are not always pleasant, make fun of the customer with a wry smile.
