房子新裝修的，乾淨整潔，暖氣供應穿短袖都絕對的熱乎，在國慶這個時間段，性價比超乎很多其他同類的賓館酒店，有出遊計劃的朋友可以親眼看看，老闆都很熱情的推薦附近好吃的和好玩的路線。

大山賓館是距離火車站最近的民宿賓館，從車站出來到賓館衹需要步行5分鐘，衹隔一座橋。房間面積大，衞生條件在民宿中是相當不錯的了，在這連續住了三晚，位置非常好，到哪裡都很方便。去茅蘭溝的車早上六點五十從賓館對面出發，下午12點半從景區門口再坐車回來。
