There’s some issue with my check in and the hotel staff wanted to send me away to another hotel. At last, it was settled after several negotiation directly with the hotel and through trip.com. After all, still a pleasant hotel to stay.

In total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.

Io e mia madre abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la comodità (direttamente su Corso Umberto) e per la meravigliosa vista sul mare e mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Una vera chicca di stile e di eleganza a due passi da tutto. Un grazie di cuore alla reception ed a tutto il personale gentilissimo e professionale che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Ottima la colazione in terrazza ed anche la cena con ingredienti di qualità e buona presentazione. La camera deluxe pool vista mare è spettacolare, dalla terrazza si ha una vista panoramica pazzesca e le sdraio permettono di prendere il sole anche a novembre, jacuzzi un po rumorosa ma bellissima. Doccia spaziosa e con getti idromassaggio, letto comodo e spazi ben consegnati. Per chi arriva in auto garage direttamente sotto l'hotel. Super consigliato anche per chi come mia mamma ha difficoltà a camminare e fare scale. Ci hanno fatto innamorare di Taormina e speriamo di tornare presto.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner the Hotel restaurant . The view from the patio when you’re having cocktails was spectacular and when you would order drinks they bring you little appetizers to enjoy . And loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
