The hotel staff were friendly, the environment was clean, and various facilities were provided, including a swimming pool with a spa. There was also sparkling water on the floors. The meals were delicious too. It was a very high-quality experience.

Unhelpful staff at the entrance, no one help us to carry luggages despite standing there looking at us moving 2 big luggages, 1 stroller with 2 kids. The staffs at restaurant is unfriendly as well. Btw, the receptions are nice and friendly, guide us through our journey, assist to book cab etc. The room is nice, there is a free gift teddy bear, my kids enjoy the stay here.

Not bad. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is really convenient if you get hungry at night.

This is a great club surrounded by lush forests, perfect for an early morning workout and enjoying the birds and flowers! It's a shame the breakfast, priced at $420, felt incredibly overpriced. There wasn't much variety, and no freshly cooked options. You'd be better off just grabbing breakfast at the 7-11 on B1!

The room was clean and comfortable. I'd suggest replacing the children's facilities in the room with safer options.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience. The family checked into the hotel at night. The free heated swimming pool and SPA in the hotel appropriately relieved their fatigue. Although the game room and gym are not big, they have everything you need. The next day a cold wave hit, and the hotel also prepared heating, highly recommended! The Xiangwangshang restaurant is also worth recommending. The food is healthy and tastes good. It is worth a try. Otherwise, there is a 7-11 in B1, which is convenient, but the business hours are not 24 hours.

The hotel is close to the Desire Park of Lilliput and Hakka Tea Culture Center. It is recommended to drive there to avoid traffic. The accommodation experience is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the price is affordable.
