Comfortable and premium accommodation option at this area! Excellent breakfast (ala carte and buffet) options were served.
Only downsides were, toiletries have to be manually requested, and that the view was rather misleading.

Service: Very poor service. We dropped off guests on a rainy day, but no service staff came to help with the luggage. No water or slippers were provided, and they said they didn't have any when we asked. After we checked out, they accused us of eating food from the minibar and deducted money for no reason. But Ctrip was very responsible and helped us deal with it.

The hotel looks very nice, located outside of Taupo town, but it's only a few minutes drive to the town center. The hotel is clean and tidy, with double basins and a balcony. The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, simple fitness facilities and yoga mats. Parking is convenient, there are not many parking spaces at the door, but you can park in the open space down in front of the hotel. The breakfast is simple and the cost performance is not high.
