The attitude of the female receptionist is so bad that I doubt my life. She always looks like she doesn't care. I checked in at 4:00 a.m., and the male receptionist was very good and extended my check-out to 2:00 a.m. for free. As a result, the woman called me at 12:00 the next day and kept urging me to check in. She said that if I didn't come down, I would be charged. She spoke in a sarcastic tone. I read the bad reviews on other platforms, and basically more than half of them were talking about the rubbish service attitude. It's a new hotel, and it opened halfway through the renovation. The room is very small. I didn't care because I was staying in transit. I won't say anything else. If you are stubborn, you can try their *** reception.
