It’s not worth the price. The toilet door is broken and the wallpaper is peeling off. The hygiene level is acceptable, but overall it’s a mess. I had to wait for half an hour for the staff to come back to work.

I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and there was no one to greet me. The cold winter made me stay outside all night. It was terrible.

Went in for repairs. Moved to another hotel in the city center for free.

What you see in the pictures is from 10 years ago. This place doesn’t even have a reception desk! When you arrive, you have to wander around to find an empty room and settle in yourself. The room didn’t have a fridge or a kettle. Most of the sheets were torn, and the towels looked like they were from a decade ago – more like rags than towels. The breakfast was terrible: a piece of stale bread, a boiled egg, and a few slices of cucumber and tomato. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This place can not be named as a hotel. It is a place of hunting, actually. It was the worst place for spending even one minute. No reception, no staff, no room, nothing, nothing😐. Never ever waste your precious time to take a look at it. 🤢🤢🤢

I am not recommending your stay in this hotel. No business operations shall be conducted at this Hotel. This hotel provided terrible service from the time I checked in until I checked out. I booked a double room which I paid in good amount, but I had a room where someone had already been staying since there were a man's clothes in the closet and three pairs of slippers scattered throughout the space. The room is not clean, the toilet is awful because someone used it and did not flush it thoroughly, there is trash in the trash can, and even the towel is filthy. I have to go down on my own to the reception to get hot water because the shower and hot water aren't working. Reception opens only in the morning. I asked the receptionist a courteous question, but he was quite unpleasant in his response, never helped me with anything, and even instructed me to leave the property. I chose to disregard my unpleasant experiences and stayed at the hotel as I don't have much time to look at and book another hotel in the middle of the night. The only time I spend here is after a long day of sightseeing when I just need to rest.

i was there for about 7 days and nights…the picture in the site is so hopeful but the hotel or somehow better to say hostel..the breakfast repeated everyday( 1 slice bread, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice cucumber and 2 slice tomato and mashed potatoes, 1 tea bag)..the room smelled moisture..hotel has no one as a reception only a few hours in the morning, at nights if you have problem you will be on your own..the woman who is housekeeping, is kind and really do her job..rooms get clean before you arrive there and all of bed linens get washed and replaced. the location is the strenght point of this hotel and its view of balcony. if you seeking a place better than hostels, it would be your choice. even if you have low badget. you can walk from hotel to everywhere you want and the metro station is near so you dont need to rent a car or use taxi.

I want to tell you about my experience staying at the Isaka Hotel, which I do not recommend to anyone to repeat. Yesterday, upon check-in, the hotel administrator asked to cancel the reservation on ***********, because... They have a very large commission. We agreed without a second thought and paid in cash (yes, there is a terminal there, but payment is only in cash) for the entire 15 days of our stay. We regretted the cancellation and payment very much and very soon, but more on that below. We were placed in room 7, right next to the reception. Immediately a not very pleasant smell rushed into the nose (somewhat similar to cigarettes), which did not disappear after airing. Dirty walls with stains, furniture from the USSR, the room is poorly heated, and it is cold from the separate exit to the street. We reluctantly decided to stay, since the situation with available hotels is not the best right now. In the evening it turned out that the shower in the room was leaking very badly and all the water from the bathroom was flowing into the room. Apparently it has been leaking for more than one month, because we found mold under the wallpaper that had peeled off due to moisture. But the reason for the bad smell in the room immediately became clear - dampness. And a little more about the wallpaper in the place where the water flowed out. There is a socket there and it comes off the wall along with the wallpaper. Is it safe, I don't think so? We called the administrator in the evening and asked to send someone to clean up the flood in the room. To which we received the answer: “No one is there, everyone has left. Look in the kitchen for a rag.” They searched, didn’t find it, cleaned it up with napkins. The next day we tried to negotiate with the administrator about a refund and go to another hotel, but they refused to give us a refund. We offered to leave them money for their stay at the hotel + pay 100 GEL on top for a penalty. I still don’t understand why it’s impossible to return the remaining money deposited yesterday in cash... But we were offered to change the awl for soap and move to another hotel with very dubious reviews. We said goodbye to the owners without returning the money. We won’t become poorer, but they certainly won’t bring them happiness. And arguing with scammers is not a good idea. I hope our story will save you from checking into this hotel.

We arrived at night and were 1 day late, the flight was delayed. The hotel was taken through booking, the owner did not answer there, I had to write directly and it was a mistake. He didn’t tell us anything about problems with the rooms until we got there, and when we arrived, we saw that they didn’t match the photos and there were renovations on half of the hotel. The owner told us that water had flooded our rooms (I think that’s a lie, but I won’t say so) and offered rooms in another hotel, which is much worse - Rustaveli 36. It’s of course in the center, but it’s really worse, you can look at the reviews and ratings. We lived there for 1 day out of the 12 we paid for and left because it was impossible for any normal person to live there. Booking did not return the money to us, they generally very rarely do this and leave us to deal with the owner on our own. The owner, of course, did nothing either, he said that he gave us a standard room and that if I had not left, they would have solved the problem. This owner, according to him, has 3 hotels and the key feature that unites them is beautiful photographs from the right angles and the best rooms, which you will not get, and your stay at the hotel will resemble the “expectation-reality” meme. I really don’t recommend dealing with this hotel and this owner. There is no photo of Isaka, but in general you can see how he takes care of his hotels from the photo of Rustaveli 36. Inside Isaka it was no cleaner, and he also claimed that in Isaka the rooms were also “neat.” And yes, someone's ***** hair was found in the bed (apparently).
