I'd have been happy with thsi hotel if not the intoxicating petrolium or gasoline odor that intoxicated my lungs during my one night stay. When I complained to the Front Desk, they didn't even offer another room and I was told off that the furniture smells. I should have checked out to another hotel in retrospect instead of tolerating that toxic stink which was a health hazard for my lungs. I was too stupid and reckless against my own health. I sorely regret this booking.

Can get better place for same money
Breakfast was sub par, even one day they didn’t have coffee. Who doesn’t have coffee at breakfast?
Cleaned room and forgot to put any TP had to go to lobby to get it myself.

Приезжали в Тбилиси на неделю семьей и останавливались в отеле Golden Tulip Design. Отель отличный! Местоположение очень удобное, пешком до центра 20-30 мин. Вид из окна потрясающий, чистота в номере, удобные матрасы. В номере есть все необходимое - чайник, кофемашина, вода, шампунь, гель для душа, и т.д. Завтраки- на восьмом этаже с видом на реку Куру и старый Тбилиси! Выбор небольшой, можно заказать омлет, всегда есть зелень, овощи, выпечка, кофе, соки. Можно вечером поужинать по меню. Однозначно рекомендую отель для знакомства с замечательным городом Тбилиси!

English: This is a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, quite close to the city center and with a beautiful view that can be enjoyed from the terrace on the 7th floor: these are the only positive notes of this hotel, the rest is a disaster. The so-called deluxe room has a very small bathroom that is not enough even for one person, it has a miserable exposed clothes hanger with a few hangers that should be a wardrobe, no furniture as a support and two useless armchairs. Non-existent soundproofing: the first night we did not sleep a wink because of a party with very loud music on the 7th floor (we were on the 3rd...) and the other nights we were disturbed by the traffic on the adjacent road. Unspeakable cleanliness: the sheets were never changed in 4 nights, glasses and coffee cups put away without being washed or changed, we do not comment on the cleanliness of the carpet on the floor... Breakfast is badly disorganized both for the buffet and for the distribution of hot drinks, few quality products and always the same variety. We feel we must suggest not staying in this hotel which for us was an unpleasant experience.

Fabulous experience. Right from check in and the dining exp at the restaurant was excellent. Eka and David from the front office to Lisa at the restaurant made our visit a memorable and happy with a wow experience. The food choice for vegetarians was great and the quality was exquisite. Hats off to the management and Salome for delivering a world class hospitality service
