I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The pros are the price and everything seems to be clean, but this is at first glance. The room stinks of ventilation, the furniture is all shabby, they put me where the restaurant is, so I woke up early in the morning, since all the children will scream under your door, most likely because of the price, many families. But the most important thing is that at first glance everything is more or less bearable, but when I woke up in the morning all bitten by bedbugs, I was, to put it mildly, oxyl! They gave me a new room with a balcony, but it doesn't change the essence. Take the network, you always know what you'll get. No room service, toothbrushes, etc., you have to go yourself, there's no one to call, there's no phone number, but there's a phone for some reason. In general, you don't need this, a real bedbug infestation

Pros: -The rooms are small, yet cosy -Even though the hotel is not located in the main city, it is accessible using Bolt -One can get to the main road from the hotel, by foot (if the weather permits) -The view from the terrace is amazing -Davit Jugeli and Giorgi Stepanov are super helpful Room for improvement: -Breakfast should have variety/new dishes every day -The restaurant and bar should function even during the non peak season

We stayed as a group of six middle aged lads for a football trip Reception staff excellent throughout our visit Rooms very clean and spacious with plenty of hanging space. Shower toilet room basic but fine for our short visit.Clean towels daily and soaps,shower gel and shampoo supplied Breakfast basic but pretty fresh.There was boiled eggs, scrambled eggs,french toast, porridge,breads,fruit,cheese, meat,salads,tea,coffee and juice

I have stayed at this cozy hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to details remains. The staff is amazing and rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. There are many reviews about rooms, food and facilities but I would like to give some reviews about the Manager Mr. David. He is so professional, polite and decent. He was there 24/7 for any assistance. I felt like at home. Appreciate it.I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your amazing service.

This small hotel is in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street--Rustaveli Ave. It's at the top of a steep hill, which gives great views, but which requires strong legs to walk up from the center. We appreciated great service--including arranging airport transfer--and fantastic breakfasts. Also, they upgraded us to one of their new apartment style rooms and so we had a bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a large living room/kitchen area and a washing machine! The place was brand new and spotless.

I like everything about this hotel. It is a 4-star hotel but service is like a 5-star feel. Zura from the reception was very helpful and friendly and even offered us help without asking when arranging our trip to the restaurant and ensured we safely reach without costing us much money from taxi drivers who might take advantage of us. George was also very helpful and the service he provided was impressive. He never let us touched our luggage from the time we got down from the airport car till we reached the room. He also offered us umbrella without us asking. And oh my, we appreciated it a lot especially when it rained and what bad experience we had to go through if not for his intuitive service. My husband is also so impressed. Our buffet breakfast was also very memorable. They offer good varieties of food and good for both vegetarian and non-veg. eaters. The view in the restaurant is oh so amazing, fresh and breathtaking. Ana at the reception was also very helpful and tried to engage with us as we leave the property. They never forgot to ask us about our experience and also offered further assistance. This hotel is exceptional. The size of property may not qualify for a 5-star hotel but the service of the people are truly 5-star.

Отель нам понравился. Уже прямо со входа приятная атмосфера. Спокойное уютное месторасположение. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый, всё объяснят, всё подскажут. Номер чистый уютный, но маловат. Завтраки обалденные.... разнообразные салаты, закуски, сыры, соусы, горячие блюда, выпечка, фрукты....да ещё какой шикарный вид из окошек ресторана. В общем, у нас остались положительные впечатления. И если захотите передвигаться на такси, то советуем скачать приложение ЯндексGo (спасибо, что нам подсказали сотрудники на ресепшн). Намного дешевле, чем просто ловить такси. Всем хорошего отдыха!
