The rooms are quite big, the view from the living room and the master bedroom is nice, the sanitation is OK when I checked in, there are no big complaints, the facilities are not very new, and the decoration is the normal level of a motel.
No one cleaned the room for two consecutive days, and no towels were replenished, which is a bit unacceptable. Except for check-in/out, I didn't see anyone, so there is no good service to comment.

Very good hotel, right by Lake Te Anau, very close, very pleasantly surprised, clean and tidy room. The balcony has an unbeatable view. It is two hours away from Milford Sound, relatively close, and worth staying.
