We stayed in a villa, and we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and service. Our back patio was filthy, and we had a view of 4 feet weeds, practically towering the great vines. We never received housekeeping, service, nor fresh towels, nor was our trash emptied. We were there three days and two nights.

This place was a tragedy. Worst food, room cleanliness, and overall comfort. The only positive from my experience was them agreeing to remove the disgusting room service from my bill. There was zero protest as even they probably know how bad it is/was. The bed felt like obese elephants rest there nightly, causing me to wake up after a few hours of sleep each night. Rooms felt covered with bugs and so dated. How they charge more than $100 a night blows my mind. It’s basically just a motel with a vineyard on it.

Hosted a business trip here, what great service from beautiful vineyard arrival experience, to great food and cocktails with Matt & Joshua at the Vineyard Rose. Sip on fantastic Temecula Wine, while strolling through vineyards that wrap around all the guest areas. Staff is top notch and accommodating. Our corporate team did a wine blending with a great bbq meal, what a blast.

I was very disappointed with the room. It was not as shown on the web site photos. The layout of the TV, and the shower was odd. Room was dated. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Spa Facial was awesome!

Our porch door did not fully lock. We had plans to go to a restaurant a few miles out but decided to eat at their restaurant as we didn’t feel safe leaving our villa “unlocked”
