Das Hotel garni liegt sehr zentral und aufgrund einer sehr guten Beschilderung leicht auffindbar im Zentrum von Templin. Zum Rathausplatz sind es nur wenige Schritte und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte sowie Restaurants in Templin sind sehr leicht zu erreichen. An kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten mangelt es ebenfalls nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Unseres war zudem sehr hell und stilgerecht eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist geschmackvoll und vielseitig. Meine Frau bekam wie selbstverständlich glutenfreie Brötchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und gut geschult. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, mussten aber weiter.

Waren mehrfach Gast im Hotel "Zum Eichwerder". Mitarbeiterinnen waren stets bemüht und freundlich. Der letzte Besuch bleibt allerdings auch der Letzte. Bei Anreise trat uns die äußerst launische Geschäftsführerin entgegen. Ihre mangelnde Kompetenz hinsichtlich der hauseigenen Software wurde an uns ausgelassen. Trotz frühzeitiger Buchung und Zahlung wurde ein Zimmer nicht geblockt, unsere Zahlung nicht zugeordnet und auf vorzeigen der Buchungs- und Zahlungsbestätigung, welche uns per Mail zugegangen ist, nur abwertend geschnaubt. Zudem wurde die Kurtaxe falsch berechnet (mehr). Auf Nachfrage wieder Theater... Zimmer allerdings sauber, Betten bequem und das Frühstück war immer sehr gut nur schade um die Atmosphäre, die eher einer Bahnhofshalle gleicht Speiseraum = Rezeption

Man könnte etwas freundlicher zu den Gästen sein. Zimmer sind leider schon älter, v.a. Die Einrichtung. Zum „nur übernachten“ ausreichend.
