Minha experiência não teve nada de destaque. O quarto é amplo, mas estava com um cheiro que parecia de cigarro. Uma coisa ruim que acontece em vários hotéis e nesse não foi diferente é a disponibilidade de apenas um travesseiro pra cada um. O destaque positivo é o café da manhã que achei muito bom.

Banheiro apertado, cama boa, quarto com mobiliário nada agradável.
Estacionamento apertado…manobraram meu carro para rua durante a madrugada. TV antiga…Café gostoso. Recepcionistas despreparados.

O café da manhã e o atendimento são excelentes, a roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis, tem estacionamento interno, mas no quarto que ficamos o banheiro deixou a desejar. É um bom lugar se você for ficar só pra dormir poucos dias.

Não recomendo este hotel!!! Fiz uma reserva de um quarto triplo, mas ao chegar, fui informado que só havia um quarto duplo disponível. Para adicionar uma cama extra, queriam que eu pagasse uma camas oi seja duplo. Queriam cobrar uma taxa adicional, mesmo eu já tendo pago por um quarto triplo. Passei mais uma hora na recepção esperando que arrumasse o quarto minha esposa aguardando eles arrumarem o quarto com minha criança no colo. Por fim colocaram uma cama adicional no quarto que ao sentar identifiquei que tinha um pé quebrado, sem nenhuma condição de uso. Os funcionários foram despreparados e sem educação. Uma experiência extremamente decepcionante!
