At the time of booking i had booked early check in but hotel given me checking @11. 10am and i had waited around 2 hours. Further they have given me room and in that room there was twine bed and both condition was literally very bad i have told them please change my room they said sir it’s subject to availability in when i came in hotel again i said what about my room change they said sorry sir you have to manage in the same room currently we don’t have any vacant room

Worst and mannerless staff. Also no parking space available. Staff instead of helping and guiding you with act smart. Especially the last reception rudra needs skill training to handle customers.
