We always recommend unusual incidents that occur in the hotel are reported to our team immediately, so we are able to address as a priority. We’d also recommend you stop past the front desk as you depart to verify the final invoice is correct, as that allows us to correct any discrepancies or mistakes before the final payment is processed. Whilst we try to avoid mistakes such as this, at times they do happen, and thanks for flagging the error after the team processed your express checkout. I'm sorry you felt our Gym was small, the hotel was designed to maximise the view and harbour facing features of our location, but at the same time to provide a compact option for those guests who wish to work out.
