Hotel staff service was worst in nature, didn't get any kind of service from them; there was no hot water facilities or basic amentities like cleaning the room, getting fresh towels, providing water bottles was not given to us. No value for money; one of the worst experiences so far.

Hotel ambience is not that great. I have booked a 4 bed room and room was spacious for 4 people and can easily accomdate 5. Worst part is that 1. They have not provided towels until we are asked for it. 2. Flush in the bathroom was not working instead of complaint also they didn't even care to check and repair it. 3. Need to improve the neatness of the hotel
