All facility should be available as mention at time of booking, there should not be any difference in service availability because of selected room. What is mention at booking should be made available.

1. Service needs to be pushed 2. Hygiene wise the floor is kept unclean, and a cockroach and lizard has been placed in every room. 3. Assistance, hospitality can be better if attitude of service rather than favour is adopted. 4. Average and basic at last moment within cost.

The rooms were below average. Over priced and no restaurant. When meal plan is added with the price they send someone and bring from outside.
