The property Manager was very kind and accomodated me and my family. Price was very reasonable. The only thing that concerned me was the noise from others running up the stairs and other rooms being very noisey. Other than that it was a great stay!

Positive: The property was well updated and clean. The staff were very friendly, funny, and tried to be helpful. The parking lot was well lit. Other than the below negative, I would recommend staying here.
Negative: Had to pay $15,00 more than I was quoted when made the reservation. Inquired about the extra charge and received indirect answers. Asked for an itemized receipt and was informed that it was unavailable. I see this as a very poor business practice.

The room was clean and fresh. The mattress was comfortable. All rooms are accessible from the exterior. The breakfast area is small and limited but fine for the price. Overall very nice for a one night stay if you plan a quick in and out.

Stayed here one night on an unplanned visit. Was thrilled to find a hotel that did not raise the rates during a college football game weekend. The staff was very friendly. The room was basic and clean. It was evident that they are doing renovations.
