這間飯店位置在圖恩城堡旁邊，城堡入口就在飯店旁，但是入住跟退房時女主人都沒有說，只說去城堡電梯坐到-7樓，害我們退房後走去地下室又走去舊城區又繞回城堡才發現入口就在飯店旁！ 早餐有一個小餐檯上面有一些麵包優格，除此之外每個桌上有點餐菜單，但是跟飯店服務生點餐，等了快20分服務生並沒有上菜，我一再跟服務生反應，他才上菜，但是就看見女主人不開心的叫服務生到廚房，好像在訓誡她，女主人好像不允許她上菜，我感到疑惑，同時看到其他桌有中國人打開旁邊桌上的酒來喝，這酒放桌上不就是給客人喝的嗎？但是女主人很不高興，跟客人有一些爭執，就看到客人離席了！ 我感到女主人好像不情願給客人用餐，態度不是很好，我們吃完早餐就迅速離開這個不友善的地方，這個飯店不是城堡飯店，房間內沒有熱水壺也沒有吹風機，早餐很差，女主人臉很臭，我不會再回來了

And this hotel is not cheap. I spent 3,300 yuan to book a room with breakfast. The breakfast was buffet, but she actually told me Said "You have eaten enough, you can't add more"? ? ? ? This is unheard of. I argued with her, but she was reluctant to add something to me with a cold face, and deliberately delayed it for a long time, wasting our time when we went out to play. It’s very tiring. Walk 80 meters further and there is an elevator leading to the parking lot that can be reached directly. The front desk is very small, even smaller than the one in the Express Hotel. Small. Don't go wrong. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. It blows cold air all the time. It rained that day and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees, but the air conditioner still had to blow cold. Fortunately, there were enough quilts, so I felt better after sleeping. 

Living in a castle, it is very convenient to have an elevator directly down the mountain to the city center. The location is good, all lines pass through here, and the front desk is very friendly and can make reservations for the spa.

To be honest, the hotel is worth the price. It is a renovated ancient monument. There are many visitors. It is the highest point of Thun, and you can see the snow-capped mountains and the whole city. There are a few points that Ctrip and reviews don't seem to mention: 1. You need to take the elevator or climb ten floors on foot to reach the hotel. 2. It is located in the center of the old city. It is not convenient to drag a suitcase. The road is all stone and uneven. I am traveling alone. The main means of transportation is train. So I was very tired to arrive nearby with a suitcase. I was stunned in front of the endless steps. I asked the locals and found out that you can take the elevator from the nearby parking lot directly (-7th floor to 3rd floor). Breakfast is ordered. The menu is in German. The waiter is an old lady. She is not enthusiastic. It's better to eat bread without ordering anything. I used the mobile translation software to order fried eggs, juice and coffee, but I didn't order cheese and bacon. The dining environment is very good, suitable for Internet celebrities to take pictures. The room facilities are average, and the things are well hidden. You have to look carefully, but it's still acceptable for one night. The bed is soft.
