I would stop here again for the incredible food. The chicken curry was the best I’ve had and made from scratch. Also excellent naan and rice. I’d call ahead to order because it takes about 45 minutes to prepare. Such a treat while on the road of endless fast food or mediocre diner establishments!

Great 1-night stay. Staff were kind and helpful. My 2 dogs (65lb German shepherd and 85lb golden retriever) were welcome with a $17.50 fee per dog which was expected because I called ahead. Staff is weary of dogs so just be mindful and respectful of that, but there were no problems. Bedding was clean and tidy, the motel is older but well kept. You’ll get a travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner on clean towels and a new bar of soap. There wasn’t hand soap in the bathroom unfortunately. Overall we had a good night sleep during our road trip. I was pleased.

The Butter Chicken was amazing. Wish we would have stopped hungry. The Owners/Staff were very sweet and friendly and accommodating. Would stay again if I’m the area. Our bed was comfy and clean. Room was clean. So hard to find a gem on the path to fish camp however we did!

I would rate experience as 3. The staff was very accommodating. The butter chicken was excellent. But room was very tired but not musty. TV service was limited. If there was internet I don’t know. They did not say and I did not want to leave the room as the bugs were terrible. No top sheet under the comforter. I was concerned as to how often the comforter was washed. Just basic accommodation.

BEWARE. New owners. Paid $136 to stay. Advertised free internet. Tried to log on. Need password. He says internet is not working sorry! Managed to run my credit card though. Room had no coffee maker but kitchenette. No glasses. No cups. Storm rolled in and no power. No generator?? No power overnight. Food in fridge now garbage. Could not flush the toilet because no power. Asked for partial refund. Won’t give any. $136 to sit in the dark. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Room was quite damp and made carpets smell. Had to ask about intetnet and password. Went into "guest services" room, what a disaster! Nothing to make coffee with(no pots), no hydro in the room, had to feel around to find stuff. Ended up giving up anxiety driving an hour to get coffee. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. This is a beautiful scenic location. The owner was very welcoming and provided great service. The place was very affordable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed here numerous times and we loved it.

Basic 1960ish motel in a scenic location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to bring food because the nearest dining/grocery is 55 minutes to the south or 2 hours to the north. The staff very kindly microwaved the meal we had in our car and brought it to our room. Snacks are available for purchase in the office.
