Hannah the chief did an amazing job delicious food quick all on her own! 🌟 Roisin, Zara, Michael & Jess have been fantastic, welcoming, accommodating friendly& helpful! The best premier inn team I’ve come across & I’ve been to a few! 🤩🌟🌟

Amazing staff : ⭐️Roisin and Zara and Michael and Jess and , Hannah, All so nice and helpful. Hannah ⭐️was amazing in the kitchen on a very busy night. Food was so good. Had a lovely stay. Will be back again, 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

been to premier inn thurso from 10/11/24 until 15/11/24 and it’s been great service . food is great . hotel is immaculate. would definitely return. thank you Roison, Zara, Demi, Hanna, Mel, Michael and Tasha can’t fault it in the slightest, thanks Paul

As always, we found the Premier Inn experience to be excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the cooked breakfast freshly prepared and tasty, and the staff friendly and attentive. We also ate their in the evening, and all of the staff could not have been more helpful (especially Roisin, Megan, Mel and Ella).

Roisin and Tasha bent over backwards to assist our needs and dealt with us in a professional manner. Chef Hannah produced a great feast which was well worth the money and tasted out of this world. A good all round experience and we will certainly return to this establishment.

We are locals and come for breakfast quite often when we come we have quite a few people with us so we always make sure to book the last few times we booked in they told us we weren't and practically refused us as they didn't have the room bearing in mind we always book a few days before went this morning and the staff was rude and looking us up and down

Nicest accomodation you'll find in this part of Scotland - I would definitely recommend Premier Inn for anyone visiting Thurso for the first time! It's right by the train station so an excellent location after a long journey from say Inverness.
